To enable us to deliver on our commitment we have, in the first instance, created a network of quality repairers who both understand and adhere to a contractual obligation to supply, where appropriate, an insured class "A" courtesy vehicle for the duration of a repair.

Where, for one reason or another, a like for like vehicle is requested we are able to facilitate this requirement via our or our clients preferred supplier at sub GTA rates and at the same time focus our efforts on the repair duration by way of diligent claims control and intuitive intervention.

A key to our unique approach is in the first instance having a one stop in-house solution centre that embraces engineering - claims management control and Thatcham accredited estimating solution all of which sits on our bespoke IA-e platform, this in turn feeds data into our web site providing clients with real time access.
